Must be a property owner within the HOA that you wish to rate.
For $9.95 per year you can rate your HOA as it improves or declines. For those who are the first subscriber to rate your HOA it is no charge for one year listing.
Just fill out the following information data sheets on your HOA and you will be given a 30 question rating sheet ratings from 1 low to 5 excellent.
You will also be given a comment text screen to provide any information you wish to share up to 4,000 characters.
Once completed your rating will be published on this website for review by the public at no charge.
This site can be a most effective means of causing a Board of Director to improve the management of an HOA.
